ACCOUNT MANAGER

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in growth?  Are you proficient and skilled at taking care of customers, pursuing prospects and maintaining quota in technical sales environment? 

Wav, Inc. is an industry-leading distributor of wireless technology looking to add motivated professionals to our staff.  Candidates must be experienced in sales and have a hunger and thirst for business. 

There is a competitive commission and benefit structure for the right individual.  Potential upper double digit total earnings! 

WAV Account Managers are responsible for:

  • Receiving, contacting and following up on leads and prospects via phone and email contact in order to increase sales.
  • Provide technical information and customer service to each client to assist them in making an informed decision of the product(s) they need for their application.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Contact leads and prospects via phone and/or email to initiate new business
  • Provide technical information and exceptional customer service to clients
  • Suggestively sell all product lines offered by WAV
  • Secure business in the form of sales
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas established by WAV
  • Initiate and maintain long term customer relationships for future business
  • Partner and work directly with suppliers/vendors to direct leads to WAV
  • Enter new client/lead information into CRM system - according to entry format and without error
  • Process sales orders for customers via CRM system
  • Maintain current on internal systems and processes in order to increase level of customer service to clients
  • Maintain current on technical knowledge of all product lines offered by WAV, attend in-house and supplier trainings
  • Attend trade shows, travel as required

Requirements Include:

  • Three to Five Years of previous sales experience of a technical product line.
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office programs and must have prior experience (2 to 3 years) using a CRM system.
  • Must possess a professional level of both verbal and written skills.
  • Must be able to prepare quotes, sales orders and presentations without error.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • No college degree required.
