Founding POS Information Systems in 1990 in Macomb, IL, Norm has led his company in evolving from a two-man Point of Sale reseller/integrator, to a value added distributor of over 50 wireless technologies/end-to-end network solutions that capture and transmit voice, video and data traffic with a North American footprint and two locations in Aurora, IL and Guelph, ON CA.

Throughout the evolution of his business, Norm's vision of a nimble, value added entity, focused on high-touch, customer centric service and support continues to be the focal point of our success in this competitive industry.

Christianpaschoud Christian Paschoud, CFO
Christian has over 15 years of experience as financial executive with a global background, assisting companies with financial leadership and enhancing operation efficiencies. As a cross-cultural communicator, Christian is fluent in French and English, and functional in German and Italian. Christian has worked for several national and international organizations in Europe and the United States.

Zach Hubeck, Sales and Marketing Director 
Zach has worked for WAV for over 11 years, starting in the VAR Support Group, quickly earning a position as Marketing Coordinator. Several years later, Zach was named Marketing Director, and ultimately named Sales and Marketing Director in October 2010. Zach leads a team of 14 Strategic Partner Development Managers and VAR support personnel, as well as 2 marketing reps.

Having worked in the field as a technician, installer, network engineer, service manager and system administrator, George's knowledge of products and "industry standards" brings exceptional value as the projects he manages. George has more than twenty (20) years experience managing projects and creating and implementing technology focused solutions.

Nick has over 9 years experience in wireless LAN design and troubleshooting, 7 years of networking infrastructure design, installation and support, and 9 years of Microsoft Windows System Administration. 

Franciscomendez Francisco Mendez, Systems Engineer, Manager - Repair Facilities
Francisco has over 10+ years of experience in wireless LAN survey, design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, 5 years of project management of wireless LAN, PTP, and PMP networks, multi-site roll outs which included coordinating with multiple third party contractors.
Chadcuda Chad Cuda, Manager of Operations
Chad has over 16 years experience in directing the daily operations and increasing operational efficiencies of several technology firms and distributors. Throughout Chad's tenure with WAV, he's implemented several SOPs to ensure that the logistical intricacies of several departments (purchasing, shipping/receiving and sales) are running smoothly.
